Can I Cancel/Change My Order?
Due to our fast-paced shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to your order once it has been placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us using the contact form below as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the fulfillment process begins.

- If your package has already been shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Package Shows "Delivered" But Is Not Here
Recently, we have noticed that packages are sometimes prematurely marked as "DELIVERED" by the post office while they are still in transit. If your package has been marked as "DELIVERED," please wait an additional 5 days for it to arrive before reaching out to us. In many cases, contacting your local post office can expedite the process.
If it has been 5 days and you still haven't received your package, please follow these steps:
- Contact Your Local Post Office: Provide them with your tracking number and ask for assistance in locating your package.
- Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages are delivered to a nearby address by mistake.
- Reach Out to Us: If your package still hasn't arrived after following these steps, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

How Do I Wash My Clothing From Smile
For best results, turn your clothing inside out and wash it on a cold, delicate cycle to preserve the fabric and print. Air drying is recommended to maintain the quality and longevity of your items. If you need to use a dryer, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.
Pro tip: To prevent drawstrings from slipping out during the wash, tie them in a loose knot beforehand.
